Return & Refund Policy

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel and refund your order, this is part of the Consumer Rights Act.

We offer a 30 day return or refund policy.

The item must be returned in its original condition for a refund or exchange (buyer pays the postage)

Electrical and mechanical faults are covered by the manufacturer warranty for 12 months, the return policy does not cover this.
